What does the error correction level do?
It controls how much of the code can be damaged or obscured and still scan correctly. Higher levels are more resistant to damage but produce a denser, more detailed code.
Why did I get a message that my text is too long?
QR codes can only hold a limited amount of data, which shrinks further at higher error correction levels. Try shortening the text or choosing a lower error correction level.
What format can I download my QR code in?
You can download your QR code as a PNG image, ready to use in print or digital designs.
What happens when someone scans a Wi-Fi, Contact or Event QR code?
Most phone camera apps recognize these formats automatically — a Wi-Fi code offers to join the network, a Contact code offers to save it, and an Event code offers to add it to the calendar.
Can I add a logo to my QR code?
